• Do you have an airport transfer service?

    We have two different transfer services: private and shared. All you have to do is contact us and provide your flight code and the number of people.

  • Can we accommodate more people in the room by adding an extra bed?

    Accommodation can be provided by adding an extra bed to certain category rooms. 20% of the reservation fee is charged for each additional bed.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed.

  • Do you have parking service?

    There is a public parking area in front of our hotel.

  • Is it possible to check in early or check out late from my room?

    We are flexible and can allow our guests to check in early, depending on availability. Unfortunately, we cannot provide late check-outs due to cleaning reasons.

  • How can I find out if my reservation is confirmed?

    After you make your payment for your reservation, confirmation information will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.

  • How to make a reservation?

    You can make your reservation through our hotel website or our partner channels (Booking, Expedia, Trip, Hotels, Agoda). Reservations are not accepted via phone or e-mail.

  • Which credit card can I use when making a reservation?

    Visa, Unionpay, Mastercard and Troy cards are accepted.

  • How can I change or cancel my reservation?

    For changes and cancellation requests for reservations made through our website, you must send an e-mail to [email protected]. For reservations made through partner channels, you must make transactions through the channel.

Each of our guest rooms feature a private bath, wi-fi, cable television and include full breakfast.
